A Co-Auditor is someone who attended your event and helps validate your sustainability practices by completing a short verification survey.

Verification time depends on the completeness of your submission and supporting documentation.

Yes. Certified events may use the Greening the Experience Certification Badge in accordance with the program's branding guidelines.

Yes. Attendees can become Co-Auditors by scanning your event's QR code and completing the validation survey.

Yes. Every certification includes a carbon footprint calculation that helps you understand your event's environmental impact and identify reduction opportunities.

If your score is below 60, your event will not receive certification.

You'll receive feedback identifying improvement areas so you can strengthen your sustainability practices before applying again.

Absolutely. Each event is assessed independently and receives its own certification score, badge, and certificate.
